Liver cake

This cake is suitable for all meat lovers, but it is light and delicious! I really like to cook and eat such food as liver cake. I cook it with enviable constancy both for family dinners and festive dinners and now I will tell you about this culinary recipe. Liver cake is a recipe more suitable for the category of pies, some will think, but I do not agree with this opinion. The cake can be not only a dessert, which is convincingly proved by this recipe.

We start by cleaning the raw beef liver from the films, and then we wash it well. Now we pass the liver through a meat grinder or grind it in a blender. Then add chicken eggs to the resulting mass and mix everything thoroughly. Now add the slightly warmed milk to the mixture and mix everything again. After that, pour the sifted flour to the liver, salt to taste and mix again until smooth. Now grease the pan with oil and bake our mass on it like ordinary pancakes. When all the pancakes are ready, we begin to prepare the filling. To do this, grate the carrots on a fine grater, and finely chop the onion. Then lightly fry these vegetables. After that, take the mayonnaise and add finely chopped garlic to it. Now we smear each pancake with mayonnaise, spread a mixture of onions and carrots on it and stack them on top of each other. Do not miss the top pancake with anything. We decorate the cake according to your taste.
