Rub chicken eggs with sugar and salt, add half the milk and sifted flour. Mix well, add the remaining milk and vegetable oil. Mix all the ingredients to a homogeneous consistency. Fry the pancakes in a preheated frying pan without oil on only one side. We put them in a stack with the toasted side up.
Now we make the filling. Mix the cottage cheese with egg yolks and softened butter. Carefully mix the filling ingredients. We put a tablespoon of filling in the middle of each pancake and roll them up in envelopes or rolls. 
Fry pancakes with cottage cheese and raisins in preheated butter on one side over low heat. Then turn the pancakes over and cover with a lid. We warm them up for 5 minutes. Pancakes with cottage cheese are ready, bon appetit!
