In Vietnam, animal meat is not considered the main food, fish and seafood, poultry meat are preferred there. But this does not mean that there are no delicious recipes, such as pork. Here is a recipe for cooking with a side dish.
Boil rice in salted boiling water. Cut tomatoes and cucumbers into medium slices. Mix finely chopped garlic, rapeseed oil, fish sauce, lemon juice and ginger in a small bowl. Put the chops in an airtight bag and pour the marinade sauce. Close the bag and leave to marinate for about 1 hour. Fry the pork in a frying pan with oil until browned. Put the meat on a platter with boiled rice and a simple salad of onions, cucumbers and tomatoes. Optionally, you can decorate with greenery. Chops in Vietnamese are characterized by a small amount of time spent on cooking. For your pre-hospital table, this is simply an unforgettable and original dish. Bon appetit!
