Cooking method

Cooking time: 15 min
The cooking recipe for scrambled eggs was suggested to me by my neighbor cook. This recipe is from Australian cuisine, which should be prepared only from an ostrich egg. This food increases the tone of the whole body and gives vigor for the whole day. This is verified by me personally. The first time I cooked it for my wife for breakfast. Thanks to that, she was in a great mood all day and she was as cheerful as ever before. To make Scrambled eggs from an ostrich egg, I needed one ostrich egg, fat, melted butter. Pour the melted butter into a frying pan with a thick bottom. The shell must be carefully removed so that the fragments do not fall into the vessel. Then we put the frying pan on the stove and heat it up. Add salt and pepper to the egg to taste and beat it. After the oil warms up, pour the contents of the vessel into the frying pan. A little later, we turn down the heat and fry the fried eggs until cooked, from time to time adding hot fat. Scrambled eggs should be served hot. It can be served with grated cheese or sliced tomatoes. Bon appetit!
