I present to you another culinary recipe of a wonderful Italian dish: rolls of sweet pepper with tuna. This food will definitely appeal to all lovers of Italian cuisine.
To prepare this dish, first we need to fry the peppers as a whole on coals or skewers. When their skin is slightly covered with bubbles and charred, we will remove it from the fire.
Now let the pepper cool for five minutes, then cut it into quarters and remove the seeds and the rest of the insides.
Next, pour the pieces of tuna with lemon juice, olive oil and mix thoroughly so that the pieces of fish are soaked in juice and slightly crushed.
Finely chop the garlic, parsley and celery. Mix these ingredients in a separate bowl. The result is a filling for pepper. Add pre-chopped olives to this filling. And of course we will add salt and pepper.
Put the pepper on the table and put the filling in each quarter. Next, in each piece of stuffed pepper we roll into a roll.
Put the finished pepper in the refrigerator for an hour. When the rolls are cooled, the dishes can be served and served on the table.
