Cucumbers fried in olive oil with chili pepper

Tender, delicious, healthy cucumbers are suitable for the children's menu. They are prepared quickly from available products. I didn't feel anything extreme in the taste of fried cucumbers - they resemble something in between fried zucchini and eggplant. If you are on a diet or fasting, then feel free to cook this dish.
