Fried butter waffles

I want crispy waffles, but there is no waffle iron? Cook them in a frying pan! If you don't have a waffle iron, try baking delicious crispy waffles in a frying pan! It's not difficult at all and doesn't take much time, and the result is amazing. Sweet treats for evening tea, morning coffee. Sometimes I also cook them if the child brings friends after school, but there are no treats in the house. I invite them to drink tea with homemade waffles - everyone is usually happy and satisfied)

Cooking method

Cooking time: 40 min

1. Break the eggs into a bowl.
2. Add sugar to the eggs, whisk everything together until foam forms. The mass should also increase in volume.
3. Melt the butter (on the stove or in the microwave), pour into the egg-sugar mixture, mix.
4. Sift the flour. Add it to the bowl in small portions. Knead the dough, it should turn out quite dense.
5. Preheat the pan. Grease a hot frying pan with vegetable oil.
6. Put the dough in the pan. For one waffle - 1 tablespoon of dough. Flatten the dough so that the waffle is thin.
7. When the waffle is browned, turn it over and fry it on the reverse side. On each side, the waffles are fried for about 20 seconds.

Ready-made waffles can be served with syrup, condensed milk or just like that - they are very tasty!

Have a nice tea party!
