Excellent dressing for any side dishes - rich in taste and aroma! I read this recipe in a book. I immediately liked him for his beauty, besides, intuition told me that it should turn out very tasty. And so it turned out, fried mushrooms with onions now quite often accompany a variety of dishes in my diet – from pasta to buckwheat porridge. Mushrooms should first be cleaned, then scalded with boiling water, rinsed and chopped.
Then finely chop the onion. Put a frying pan on the fire, and when it warms up enough, put the chopped bacon on it. Keep it on the fire until the fat is melted. When this happens, put the mushrooms and onions in the pan, season with salt and pepper and fry until cooked. That's all, a very simple recipe, but despite this, the dish is very fragrant and delicious.
This dish goes great with boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes, any porridge – in general, the choice of side dish depends entirely on your taste, and mushrooms will perfectly decorate it. And you can also fry potatoes right along with the same mushrooms – the food will turn out to be top class, despite the seeming democracy, tastier than any restaurant dishes!
