I suggest cooking beef with mushrooms and sesame seeds - a very tasty lunch meal, the culinary recipe of which will be appreciated by all connoisseurs of Chinese cuisine. The meat is washed in water, dried and cut into thin strips. We make a marinade of soy sauce, lemon juice, red wine, starch, ginger and garlic passed through a press. Fill the meat with marinade and send it to the refrigerator for 3 hours. Any fresh mushrooms are cleaned and cut into 4 parts. Sweet pepper is freed from the seeds and cut into strips. Chop the green onions coarsely. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil (very strongly) and fry the pieces of meat until brown. We take out the meat. Fry the mushrooms in the remaining oil, then add the sweet pepper and mix everything. Fry for 3 minutes. After that, add the onion and fry for another minute. Next, add the fried beef, add the marinade and simmer for 4 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds, decorate with rings of hot pepper and chopped herbs. Beef with mushrooms and sesame goes well with boiled rice. Enjoy your meal!
