Fried cauliflower with egg on the side

To begin with, take a small saucepan, bring slightly salted water to a boil in it. We lower the washed cauliflower inflorescences into it and cook for about 7-8 minutes. After that, remove the inflorescences and dry them. Now heat a frying pan with oil and fry the boiled inflorescences in it for about 5 minutes. Salt, mix them well. Then add the breadcrumbs in the required amount, continue to fry. After 5 minutes, add the chicken eggs and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Then pour the cheese grated on a coarse grater into the pan and fry for another minute. After this time, the cauliflower side dish is ready!
