Potatoes and fish are a delicious combination. The dish is healthy and nutritious! This noble salmon is very useful, especially for those who have problems with the thyroid gland.I generally like salmon because it is fat and has few bones. It's not even scary to give it to children. Now I want to write my favorite recipe for cooking this beautiful fish - fried salmon.

We cut the salmon into finger-thick slices. Before frying, make such a marinade. Squeeze out the juice of one lemon, add salt and pepper to it, you can also add fish seasoning, but this is for an amateur, and rub our cubes with all this. Put it in a cool place for half an hour, so that the salmon is soaked a little. In the meantime, you can cut the potatoes into strips, wash them and let them dry. we turn to the fish. Wipe it with a napkin or any cloth so that it is dry and throw it into a very hot fryer with sunflower oil. When the golden crust appears, remove it with a slotted spoon to the dish in which you will serve it on the table. Add a little salt on top.Do the same with the potatoes and put them on top. On top of the fried salmon, you can decorate with herbs and place either fresh vegetables or, for example, cabbage salad next to it. Delicious and satisfying.
