Fried sea bass with mushrooms and potatoes

Fish goes well with mushrooms - delicious and healthy food. A neighbor shared this recipe with me. She knows that eating fish is my weakness. Any culinary dish with fish is a real masterpiece, and fried sea bass is above all praise.

We clean the fish and remove the insides, rinse thoroughly under running water. Cut into chunks, salt and pepper. Fry, achieving the formation of a beautiful crust, in breadcrumbs. Fry the chopped onion until it begins to brown. Add finely chopped mushrooms to it and fry together for ten minutes. We put it in a separate, deep frying pan. Potatoes are cut into thin circles, stacked on top of onion-mushroom mass. We dilute the flour in a saucepan with a glass of water and, bringing it to a boil, pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, sprinkle with sunflower oil and place in the oven. Fifteen minutes before cooking, put the fish on top, cover with foil and leave until the potatoes are cooked.
