Fish fried in batter

Recipe for the most delicate fish fillet in a wonderful fur coat. I want to offer you my favorite culinary recipe. If there is a fillet of fish in your freezer - this recipe is for you. In my opinion, the fillet of cod or telapia, salmon or sturgeon is best suited, but pollock is not bad either. That's just not worth defrosting the fish hastily, in cold water. It is better to do the preparation in advance.

Cut the thawed fillet into pieces. Their value depends on your taste .After all, you cook food for yourself. Pepper the pieces, add salt and sprinkle with lemon juice. Now it is worth preparing the batter. To do this, it is enough to beat the eggs with milk, add salt and flour. Mix well to break up the lumps. My friend adds finely chopped parsley and dill to the dough. The batter is ready! Fry in a deep frying pan on your favorite vegetable oil. By the way, if olive oil is used for this purpose, the dough will acquire a pleasant pinkish hue.And so that the hot oil does not splash on the walls - sprinkle it with fine salt. The finished fish in batter can be put on paper napkins to absorb excess fat. Bon appetit!
