Cooking method

1. Boil the peeled potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain the water, add the butter and puree. If necessary, add salt, pepper, mix and let cool.
2. Peel and chop the onion quite finely, fry it in vegetable oil. Add the minced meat to the onion and fry, stirring occasionally. In the process, add salt and pepper. Cool the finished filling.
3. Add eggs and flour to the puree and knead the dough. First add one egg and look at the consistency - the dough should be molded and not be too liquid.
For the filling, cut the pickled mushrooms, mix them with grated cheese.
4. When the dough and filling are ready, moisten your hands with oil, make a juicy dough a little smaller than the palm of your hand, put 1.5 tablespoons of filling on it and make a pie.
5. Fry the pies in hot oil on both sides until golden brown. All the ingredients are ready, so you just need to fry and warm up the pies.
