    How to make liver pancakes with melted cheese? Wash the liver, put it in a blender bowl and grind it. I did it in several steps. Pour the minced meat into a deep bowl. Add eggs, sifted flour and vegetable oil, mix thoroughly. Then salt the mass, pepper and dilute with milk and mix again. The dough should not be very thick, as on traditional pancakes.

    Grease a hot frying pan with vegetable oil and warm it up for a couple of minutes. Pour a small portion of dough with a ladle and distribute it evenly over the bottom of the pan with a thin layer, forming a pancake. Bake the pancake on both sides over high heat until ready. Oil the frying pan just before the first pancake. We use all the dough.

    For the filling, we put the melted cheese in the freezer for 20-30 minutes. Then we take it out and grate it on a coarse grater in a bowl. Add chopped garlic to the cheese and season everything with mayonnaise. Cheese filling for liver pancakes is ready.
