Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 30 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Preparing the products for our dish.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Cut all ingredients into cubes and ham into strips. Tomatoes in half rings.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

I fry the onion first, as soon as it starts to become transparent, I will add ham and brisket. Fry for about 3 minutes.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Next, I add Bulgarian pepper and fry for another 3-4 minutes. I fry until the pepper becomes soft. Salt and pepper at this stage.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Add tomatoes. As soon as the tomatoes soften, I remove the skins from the tomatoes, they are extracted very easily.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Add tomato paste. If summer tomatoes are juicy and fragrant, then you can not add pasta. But in the winter months it is appropriate.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Stir and simmer for just a couple of minutes.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

I drive in the eggs so as not to pierce the yolks. I turn down the fire.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

And then my secret! I gently mix the proteins with the resulting mass of vegetables and meat. I try not to cling to the yolks. Fry for about 2 minutes, until the proteins are ready (they will not become liquid). The yolks should remain liquid.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

Sprinkle with green onions! So our dish is ready to be served on the table.

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11.

Carefully remove the yolks from the pan along with the substrate" and I put them on plates. Bon appetit!

With such a dish, the morning of your household will always be kind!
