Crostini Sandwiches

Recipe for special guests! Incredibly simple and insanely delicious! To cook crostini in the morning with something delicious - it's so Italian! I like the opportunity to show my imagination in this recipe, because salmon can be replaced with a chilled piece of pork, and butter with pate, and, surprisingly, all this will be extremely tasty! This recipe is author's. In Italy, crostini is generally a very creative dish. Like pizza, it doesn't have any one universal recipe. Each creator tries to improve the existing species, give them their own taste and presentation. What remains unchanged is the fried white pieces of bread, which are superimposed with a variety of fillings.
