This cooking recipe may not seem quite ordinary to someone. But do not rush to conclusions, but try it first. For those who are not aware yet, I inform you that pears with cheese are a great snack for any alcoholic beverage. The girls and I like to snack on tequila with them. Personally, I really like the aftertaste that remains in my mouth after that. However, not everyone likes garlic, and this includes garlic. Although fresh garlic can be replaced with dried. The taste is softer, and the smell is not so killer.
We put three pears aside, and cut two into mugs, the thickness of which should not be more than 5 millimeters. Softened butter is mixed until smooth with cheese, here we also add a crushed clove of garlic. Mix everything well. Heat the pears in a frying pan until they become soft. And then mix it with cheese. Mix again.
Three postponed pears are carefully cut into mugs. We put the filling on each circle. And that's it, our pears with cheese are ready to be served to the table!
And more: it's better to take sweet pears for this recipe, but not very juicy. And I usually replace butter with sandwich margarine, in which there are no animal fats, here!
