Cut pork flesh into pieces. After thoroughly washing the pitted prunes and cut it into two halves. Grate the carrot on a coarse grater, and cut the bell pepper and onion into half rings.
Separately pour water into a bowl, add soy sauce and mix. Please note that I do not add salt. The salinity of soy sauce is quite enough for me. But someone, perhaps, likes saltier. We also add all sorts of spices. You can use dry mixes for meat dishes.
Now we put all the ingredients in layers in the slow cooker: first vegetable oil, then pork, onion on it, then carrots, pepper and last of all prunes.
Carefully pour the liquid mixed in advance with soy sauce and spices.
We set the slow cooker to the "Quenching" mode, and set the time to an hour and a half.
Pork with prunes is served with side dishes: potatoes, pasta. Personally, I love cauliflower with it. In general, to your taste))
