Fish cutlets from cod in English

The nutritious dish is especially rich in nutrients! I really like to cook fish cutlets according to a culinary recipe that I found a few years ago in a magazine about delicious food. Fish cutlets from cod in English can become the main decoration of any festive table. The more chopped greens you add to the minced fish, the tastier they will turn out.

Defrost the cod fillet, rinse and dry with a paper towel. Then finely chop it. Onion heads are cleaned and finely chopped. Chop the parsley and dill greens. You can chop cod, onion and greens with a blender. Combine the prepared ingredients with granulated sugar, wheat flour (2 tbsp. l.), sea salt and ground black pepper. Knead the minced meat well with your hands so that it turns out to be airy. We send the minced fish to cool for an hour. After the time has elapsed, we make small cutlets and roll them in wheat flour. Next, fry the cutlets in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil for 5 minutes on each side. Fish cutlets from cod are ready in English, we serve them with mashed potatoes or boiled rice. Bon appetit!
