Zucchini can simply be fried, as we always did at home. My mom roasts them in an egg. But a friend only makes Zucchini in batter according to a special culinary recipe. I was pleasantly surprised that such delicious food turns out. I tried to cook it myself at home. It turned out to be very simple. That's why I advise you to cook this simple, but very tasty dish for your loved ones.
So, take a glass of your favorite beer and dilute one raw egg in it. Salt it a little and put the flour. Stir everything again. You should get a pretty thick dough. Instead of beer and eggs, you can use a glass of sourdough sourdough. In addition to salt and flour, be sure to put red pepper in it. The dough in this case should turn out the same as for pancakes. Next, take the zucchini. Wash them under running water. Peel the skin if it is hard. The skin must be cleaned from overgrown zucchini. In young zucchini, the skin is soft and tender. Cut the squash into rings. I usually cut them less than one centimeter thick. Then take the frying pan. Pour vegetable oil on it. Warm it up. Dip each zucchini ring into the prepared batter and fry in hot oil. Bon appetit!
