Pork in the oven with wild cherry

Do you want meat? You are welcome! The recipe is simple, but the meat will turn out to be five. My husband's parents have their own household. Recently, on my mother-in-law's birthday, they slaughtered a pig and gave us a quarter of the carcass. The first dish that I decided to cook from the resulting pork was baked pork in the oven. I really love this food and now I will tell you about this culinary recipe.

So, we start by taking the pulp and washing it thoroughly. Then we take the carrots, peel them and cut them into long, not small straws (cubes). Then the arrows of the cherry are washed and cut into pieces several centimeters long. After that, we scupper the prepared piece of meat with a sharp thin knife and insert the cherry and carrot inside the resulting puncture. After that, rub a piece of meat with salt and pepper to your taste. Then we put the meat on a greased baking sheet and put it in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for about 50-60 minutes. You can stand the meat a little longer, so that the piece is certainly baked completely. At the end of cooking, we take out the meat, cut it into portions and serve it to the table.
