Roast pork with ginger

Ginger gives pork a bright taste and aroma, it will be unforgettable! In general, I usually cook for myself and my family dishes from chicken and offal of this bird. I do this mainly because it is a more economical food. But about once every two weeks I buy a piece of pork or beef and cook some delicious dish out of them. For example, one of the favorites in our family is roast pork with ginger. Now I will share with you the culinary recipe of this second dish.

To begin with, we take pork, wash and dry it, cut it into small pieces. Now we prepare the marinade. To do this, mix soy sauce, grated ginger, finely chopped garlic, a little sake, apple cider vinegar and granulated sugar in a large bowl. Now we put the pork in a cellophane bag, pour the marinade there, tie the bag, shake it well and put the meat to marinate in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, we take out our package, cut the cabbage into small pieces, mix with salt. Then we put the cabbage on a greased baking sheet, spread the pork on top and send this mass to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
