In order to cook pancakes with liver according to this recipe, we make dough for pancakes. To do this, we beat the eggs, add milk, sugar and salt. All this is thoroughly whipped.
Then sift the flour into the milk mixture and mix the dough, it should be like thick sour cream. Then bake the pancakes, greasing the pan with vegetable oil every two or three pancakes. We cover the finished pancakes with a napkin and proceed to the filling.
The liver is washed and cleaned of films. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and fry the liver cut into pieces. Then we pass the finished liver through a meat grinder. Onions and cabbage are cleaned, washed and chopped finely.
Then fry our finely chopped onions and cabbage in another bowl. After they are slightly fried, pepper and salt them to taste. Then add the liver and mix everything.
Pancakes are filled with stuffing in turn and rolled into envelopes. Great food for breakfast or afternoon snack - pancakes with liver - ready! Enjoy your meal!
