My family loves to eat meat products - beef or pork liver, lungs, kidneys.I especially like to eat and cook liver pancakes, the recipe of which has firmly taken its rightful place in my notebook on baked dishes. And now I would like to share with you the culinary recipe of this dish. So, to begin with, we clean the liver from the films and ducts, rinse well in running water and leave for 15 minutes in sweetened and salted water. After this time, we take the liver out of the water, dry it with a paper towel and cut it into small pieces. Now we pass the liver through a meat grinder. Now add flour, egg yolks, salt to taste, soda to the mass. Mix all the ingredients well. Now we beat it well into a thick foam and carefully mix it with the liver mass. Now we take a frying pan, heat vegetable oil on it. When it warms up, carefully pour the mass one tablespoon at a time and bake the liver pancakes on both sides until a crust appears. When all the pancakes are ready, serve slightly cooled with mayonnaise or sour cream.
