Cooking method

Since childhood I have loved fish cutlets and often cook them for myself and my family. But more recently, I read a culinary recipe for smoked mackerel fish cutlets in a magazine. And now I will share with you the secret of cooking this food. To begin with, boil potatoes in a uniform until fully cooked. We cool it, peel it and mash it into a puree. Now we take the smoked mackerel, put it in a saucepan and pour milk. Put on fire, bring to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes. After that, drain the milk. Next, finely chop the onion and fry it in oil in a frying pan for about 3 minutes. Mix the onion with potatoes, fish, coriander and lemon juice. Mix the whole mass thoroughly. We form 8 cutlets from the resulting mass. Now we dip each cutlet into a beaten egg, then roll it in crushed peanuts. Cover with a film and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour so that the cutlets are infused. After that, fry the cutlets in preheated oil for 4 minutes on each side.
