Norwegian salad with apples and cheese

Salad with herring is very unusual and delicious, good for a festive table! In Norwegian cuisine, an extremely small section is devoted to salads, since mostly Norwegians prefer to eat fish cooked in a variety of ways and less often meat. But there are recipes for salads, although in smaller quantities than all other types of dishes, but also mostly from fish. Last weekend, as usual, I was preparing food for the coming week. I wanted to create some kind of fish salad, but at the same time unusual, new. After a little wandering on the Internet, I found a recipe suitable for me, it turned out to be a Norwegian salad with apples and cheese. So, how is Norwegian salad prepared?!
