Prague Beef Salad

Meat salads are juicy, fragrant, you will want to try them again! Salads are my weakness! I have tried a variety of: meat, vegetable, with mixed flavors (for example, sweet and salty). But one of my favorites is the Prague beef salad, which invariably becomes a real hit on my every festive table. We will talk further about the Prague salad, the culinary recipe of which I will share with you.

Cooking method

So, first we peel the onion and cut it into thin half rings. Pour the onion with boiling water and leave to cool.
Pre-cooked pork and beef are fried in a highly heated frying pan with oil for 5-10 minutes. Then add a little water and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
While the meat is cooking, cut the cucumbers into thin strips.
Peel the apple from the skin and core, cut into strips as well.
Mix cucumbers and apple and pour cucumber brine, as well as lemon juice.
When the meat is cooked and cooled, cut it into thin strips.
Now drain the water from the onion, it has already given all its bitterness.
Combine all the prepared products, mix, add salt and pepper to taste.
 When serving beef salad, season with mayonnaise and decorate with herbs. That's all! Food from the national Czech cuisine is ready to serve!
