Pork chop in potato jacket

The favorite dish of all men is a chop with potatoes - delicious and satisfying! Recently, one harmful tradition has appeared in our family - on weekends we often eat fried potatoes for breakfast, my husband loves it incredibly. And then one day I tried to diversify the menu a little and cook fried meat, steamed in grated potatoes. It turned out to be a very original dish. It took the same amount of cooking time as a simple fried potato. By the way, for some it can become a full lunch or dinner.

Peel the potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater (I use a carrot grater in Korean). Mix sour cream, egg, salt, and spices, add grated potatoes and mix everything well.
Pork tenderloin intensively beat off on both sides, season with spices.
Heat the vegetable oil well in a frying pan, put the pieces of pork, put the potato mass on top with an even layer, tamp it with a fork. Fry pork until golden brown.
Turn the meat over and fry well on the other side.
