Cooking method

Cooking time: 6 h 20 min

We wash and sort the cherries. We take ripe, fleshy berries with more juice in them. We put it in the bowl of a slow cooker and fill it with sugar. We leave it for 5-6 hours. The cherry should during this time allocate the juice in which we will cook it. We put the slow cooker on a gentle "quenching" mode and cook for 1 hour. The berries should remain whole, not boiled. Pour into sterilized jars and roll up.
