Stroganoff chicken liver

Include the healthiest dish for adults and children in your diet! . Everyone has long known that the liver is rich in useful vitamins and trace elements, which our body needs so much. It is both possible and necessary to prepare a by-product. I suggest one of the ways to cook chicken liver - it is very tender and does not require prolonged heat treatment.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

Peel the onion, cut into small cubes, fry in half vegetable oil until slightly golden brown. Add wheat flour to the onion (without removing it from the heat!), sour cream and tomato paste, mix, put salt. If the sauce is too thick (because there are different consistency and density of sour cream and tomato paste), then it can be slightly diluted with boiled water.

The liver must be washed, cut into pieces, fry in the remaining vegetable oil, while stirring. Then pour the liver with the prepared sauce, bring it to a boil - and the dish is ready!

Serve on the table with a side dish of buckwheat, mashed potatoes or pasta.

Bon appetit!
