Fish in white wine with vegetables

Fish in an exquisite sauce! Combination with seafood! Cook exquisitely! The main national dish of Portugal is Cataplana - you must definitely try it! The dish is prepared in a special traditional frying pan, which is called like the dish itself. If there is no such thing, then you can use a cauldron or a non-stick pan, or even better - cook a dish in a slow cooker.
