The recipe for harvesting bitter pepper for the winter will be interesting to lovers of spicy.
Prepared peppers of different colors (red and green) are thoroughly washed and the stalk is removed.
Take a frying pan of a suitable size, pour oil into it and put pepper. Then sprinkle it with salt and sugar and stir thoroughly.
You need to simmer the pepper on medium-sized fire, stirring constantly.
As soon as the pepper becomes softer, add spices, parsley and vinegar, and then, stirring, simmer for at least a quarter of an hour.
We lay out the finished pepper in hot form in prepared dry clean jars and roll up the lids.
In winter, such a billet can be used as a seasoning or, if desired, simply eat with various side dishes.
