There are a great many culinary recipes for various salads, which allows you to constantly surprise your family and friends with new interesting combinations of products. Most often I cook this food from vegetables, fruits and dairy products, because there are quite a lot of people in my environment who are on various diets or vegetarians. One of my favorite salads is Cauliflower salad with peas and carrots. so, let's start cooking. First, let's wash a piece of cauliflower. Divide it into small inflorescences 1-2 cm in size, put them in a saucepan, pour a mug of water. Now add half a cup of milk, salt to taste, nutmeg and seasonings. Let the whole mixture boil and after about 10-15 minutes put the pre-thawed peas and carrots in a saucepan. We continue to cook our vegetables for another 8 minutes. Then turn off the heat and let the contents of the pan cool down.
Now we fill the vegetables with grated onion, chopped green onion, a small amount of vinegar, yogurt and mayonnaise. Add pepper, salt and sugar to taste.
