Rich and spicy sauce from Tatar cuisine will favorably emphasize the excellent taste of any kind of meat, and at the same time this culinary recipe is quite economical and easy to prepare. Peel the carrots (preferably take red) and cut it into thin circles, peel the onion and cut it into half rings. Then we put all these ingredients in a saucepan, pour chicken broth and put it on a slow fire. As soon as our mass boils, add salt, ground pepper and peppercorns to taste. Then cook, stirring continuously for a while. And five minutes before the Vegetable sauce is ready in Tatar, we put bay leaf and melted butter in our sauce.
This spicy, but quite hot sauce, can be served with any meal. It can be a grilled bird with a potato side dish, or meat in Cairo. Everything is to your taste and discretion. Before serving, you can add chopped parsley or dill to the sauce. Bon appetit!
