I love salads prepared according to culinary recipes of Finnish cuisine! They are so healthy and low in calories. And at the same time, they look so beautiful, not expensive. This food can be put for lunch, dinner or a snack, as well as decorate the festive table with it.

And so, today we are cooking potatoes with herring in Finnish. Potatoes, of course, are washed thoroughly under running water, we peel them. How to cut? Slices are better. Now peel and peel the herring. Take out the insides from it and cut into the same slices.
You probably have a deep frying pan or a saucepan. That's where we put our potatoes. Put the herring on it with the top layer. And the third layer will be the onion. Let's chop it up finely! Because they need to sprinkle the herring layer. Watering all our ingredients with vegetable oil on top, sprinkle it all with flour a little.

Put a pot or frying pan on a small flame. Simmer on it until the potatoes are ready. Then, without mixing the laid out layers, pour milk and chicken eggs on them. They need to be pre-mixed in a blender or in another way. By the way, you can easily replace milk with eggs with the same mayonnaise.

Well, now let's turn on the oven. When it is heated to 200-220 degrees, we will put a pan with the contents there. Bake this yummy until a golden crust forms. Now very carefully shift the finished dish into some kind of dishes. It is ready to be served on the table.
By the way, you can transfer potatoes with herring in Finnish immediately into plates before serving. An important detail – try to make sure that the layers do not mix with each other.

Do not forget to decorate our dish with chopped dill or parsley on top.

Bon appetit!
