Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

1. We clean the squid: we put the carcasses in a suitable container, scald them with boiling water, then transfer them to a container with ice water. After these manipulations, we remove the outer skin and the inner thin film from the squid.

2. Cut the prepared carcasses into rings and put them in a frying pan, add butter.

3. Simmer for 3-4 minutes on low heat, then add cumin and salt.

4. Add sour cream to the squid, stir, simmer for no more than 2-4 minutes.

Serve warm, sprinkled with a mixture of ground peppers.

Very tasty with pasta or rice, and I like to eat just with a crust of white bread)
