    While the dough is suitable, you can do the filling. Grate cheese and butter, add salt, add egg and mix. Form three identical balls from the filling.

    Roll out each tortilla into a circle with a diameter of 20-22 cm and put a ball of filling in the middle.

Do this carefully so that the dough does not break, if necessary, sprinkle the tabletop and rolling pin with flour. At the top, make a hole for the steam outlet of one and a half cm in size, we do not make the hole through, but only in the upper layer of the dough.

    Add a tablespoon of milk to the yolk, mix and lubricate all the khachapuri, then sprinkle with cheese grated on a coarse grater, grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil and transfer the khachapuri to it, bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-35 minutes until browning. It may take a little more or less time to navigate by your oven.
