The thickness depends on what kind of tortillas you want, hard or soft. The thinner the dough is rolled out, the harder and crisper the tortillas will be. To be soft, roll out about 1 cm thick, so that they are firm - 0.5 cm.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

On the rolled dough, using a glass or other special devices, we cut out circles. You can also use a knife to cut into squares, rhombuses or cut out different shapes for cookies.

These tortillas are a godsend. Firstly, it is very easy to cook, secondly, dietary, without yeast and white wheat flour, which adds to their benefits.
They taste neutral. They can be used to form a sandwich with vegetables, herbs, cheese, meat products or spread with honey or jam. They can also be eaten with first or second courses in a bite.
They can be made softer, for example, for sandwiches, and harder and crisper, if you really like to crunch, like me.
