Wash and dry the meat with a paper towel. Then we make an incision along the entire piece of meat to half the thickness of the piece. Try not to cut through the meat.

Next, cut right and left, leaving walls 7-8 mm thick. We unfold the layer of meat, cover it with cling film and beat it well. The chipped piece of meat is rubbed with salt, favorite spices and crushed garlic.

We prepare the filling for the roll. The peeled onion head is cut into strips, and the mushrooms are cut into pieces. Fry mushrooms with onions in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil until the liquid boils. When the contents of the frying pan cool down a little, add chopped herbs and grated cheese.

We spread the mushroom filling on the meat and roll up the roll so that the filling is covered with meat on all sides. We tie the roll with a thread and put it in a baking bag.

Bake a roll in a bag in the oven at 180 degrees for an hour and a half. Then we cut the package and brown it for 20 minutes. Meat loaf with mushrooms is ready, bon appetit!
