How to make pike baked in the oven in pieces?

1. Wash the fish, clean, cut out the fillet (for these purposes, the knife should be as sharp as possible).

2. Mix coriander, ground black pepper and salt in a small bowl, sprinkle the pike fillet with a spicy mixture, then sprinkle with lemon juice and leave for a while until the rest of the ingredients are ready.

3. Wash the squash and tomato, cut into thin circles. Cut the hot pepper into rings (remove the seeds, excessive sharpness is not needed).

4. Grease the baking dish with butter, lay out the base of vegetables.

5. Put sour cream in a small container, pour a little paprika, a pinch of salt and sugar to taste, mix.

6. Smear the vegetable pillow with sour cream sauce, lay out the pike fillet, cover with the remaining sour cream sauce on top.

7. Send the mold to the oven preheated to 200 degrees, bake for 45-50 minutes.

8. Wash cherry tomatoes, cut in half.

Serve the pike on a platter and serve, topped with cherry tomatoes and fresh basil.

Bon appetit!

How to properly cut a whole fish into fillets? Remove the tail, head and fins. Cut the carcass along the spine to the spine. Turn it on its side. With a sharp knife, cut the meat from the backbone bone. Turn the carcass over and cut the fillet from the other side. Clean the inside by removing the black film, as it is bitter and will spoil the taste. Rinse and be sure to dry well.
