Potato casserole with any minced meat can be cooked in different ways: potatoes can be grated, cut into circles, boiled or fried.
Today I cooked a potato casserole with plates, after holding it in the microwave for 5 minutes, so that it became half-cooked and did not fall apart.
So, prepare the products according to the list.
1. Peel the potatoes, cut into circles and put them in a fireproof saucepan, adding a spoonful or two of water, in the microwave for a maximum of 5-6 minutes.
2. Season the minced chicken with finely chopped onion, salt and pepper, you can add herbs.
3. Grease the mold with oil.
4. Lay out a layer of potatoes.
5. Cover the top with a layer of minced meat.
6. Put tomato slices on top of the minced meat.
7. Apply a grid of mayonnaise.
8. Generously cover with a layer of grated cheese.
9. Put in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 170-180 degrees.
Cool the finished casserole a little, cut into portions and serve. The more the casserole cools down, the better and smoother it will be cut.
