Wash chicken legs. Gently remove the skin, pulling it down to the tendon and cut it. Cut the meat from the bone and chop it in a blender (you can use a meat grinder). Fry mushrooms with onions in vegetable oil, cool a little and combine with meat. Add grated cheese and egg to the minced meat and mix. Then add salt to the minced meat, add mushroom seasoning and mix thoroughly again. Stuff the skin of the hams, fasten with toothpicks (choose the sharpest ones, because the skin is difficult to pierce). Grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil, put the stuffed hams, grease them with sour cream and crushed garlic on top. Bake the stuffed hams in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove the toothpicks from the finished hams, put them on a dish. Garnish with herbs, and serve any potato dish as a side dish. Bon appetit!
