    Sift flour and knead smooth homogeneous dough. If necessary, add more flour. At first, the dough will stick to your hands, but as you knead, the stickiness will go away.

    Filling. For the filling, we will need pumpkin and sugar. Pumpkin is better to take a fragrant, sweet type of Hokkaido.

I made two types of placinds: sweet with pumpkin and unsweetened with cottage cheese. The first baked in the oven, the second - fried in a frying pan in oil. The dough in fried placinds somewhat resembles cheburech.
