Cooking method

Cooking time: 4 hours

1. Cut out the fat from the hearts, wash them and dry them.

2. Peel the garlic, squeeze it through a press into a bowl.

3. Peel the ginger and add three on a fine grater to the garlic.

4. Add all the other ingredients, mix.

5. We put the hearts in a bowl with marinade, mix well.

6. Tighten the bowl with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours (at the same time soak wooden skewers in water).

7. We string the hearts on skewers and preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Ideally, you need to turn on the "Grill" mode.

8. We send the kebabs to the oven for 20-25 minutes.
