White asparagus in the oven

Until recently, asparagus was a rather outlandish product on the shelves of our supermarkets, and now you can even buy it on the regular market. I decided to take a chance and cook asparagus according to a new recipe to treat my friends who came to visit. It turned out to be a delicate dish, which in combination with cheese has a very refined and delicate taste. Everyone really liked it!

Let's start cooking:

1. Clean the white asparagus with a vegetable cleaner and wash it.
2. Put in salted water, bring to a boil, and then cook for 10 minutes.
3. Put the boiled asparagus in a baking dish and randomly put the butter cut into small pieces on top.
4. Sprinkle the asparagus liberally with grated parmesan and sprinkle with ground pepper.
5. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
