Pizza Margarita in the oven

Simple, light pizza is the perfect snack for a delicious snack. Many people think that cooking Italian cuisine is very expensive. But not everyone knows that you can significantly reduce the cost of traditional Italian food only by buying mozzarella cheese made in Russia and planting a sprig of basil in a pot. That's exactly what I did, and now my family enjoys enjoying all the variety of Italian dishes. Pizza margarita is a recipe that deserves more people to know about it.

So, we begin the preparation of pizza Marquarita by kneading the dough. We give it to infuse for an hour so that it rises. When the dough is ready, roll it out on the table. Then we transfer it to a baking sheet previously smeared with olive oil. Let's move on to the filling. We smear the dough with olive oil, cut the mozzarella into small cubes and put it on the entire surface of the dough, add salt and pepper to taste on top of the cheese, evenly lay 9 basil leaves. Then cut the tomatoes into thin rings and put an even layer on top of the dough. Now you can put our pizza in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. After the pizza margarita is ready, decorate it with the remaining basil leaves.
