Baked cod in the oven

Cod is a tender fish, but also useful and easy! Good for dinner! I can share a cooking recipe that I learned from my mom after my wedding. I can bet that all young housewives who change their life status of a free girl to the status of a married lady have problems with cooking. It's hard to get used to the fact that you now have to cook breakfast-lunch-dinner yourself, the main thing is that mom used to cook breakfast, and now you have to get up earlier yourself. Food is generally a problem, and if you have not yet fully studied the preferences of your chosen one, then the problem is doubly. Therefore, I would like to say: dear girls, learn how to cook something simple. A couple of soups that cook for 40 minutes, and are delicious, as if you spent 3 hours on them, a couple of second courses of meat, a couple of fish. Salads are a separate line, but they do not become less important from this.

Well, my mom taught me how to cook cod cooked in the oven. Everything is outrageously simple: we tear off the skin from the cod, if you can't do it the first time, leave it as it is, you will improve later. Remove the bones, cut into portions. Add salt and pepper to each piece separately, but try not to overdo it. Peel the onion and cut it into thin half rings. We put the fish in a greased frying pan, sprinkle it with onions, and now pour mayonnaise over it. Now you can put our billet in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, but if there is no time, we put it in the oven. The oven should be preheated to 200. Our cod is baked for 30 minutes. As a rule, fish is recommended to be served with rice, but you can try it with mashed potatoes.
