Salmon steak baked in the oven with lemon

Salmon steak is an amazing dish, perfect for dinner! It is difficult to find a more magnificent food product than salmon. Despite its high cost, this is a very wonderful and delicious product. Fish contains essential fatty acids, fat-soluble vitamins A and D, as well as vitamins B12. From time to time I cook salmon steak, a wonderful meal according to a culinary recipe I read in a magazine.

To begin with, I take spices. You can just come to hand, for example: thyme, saffron, mint (all those with a pleasant aroma). I mix the spices with salt and carefully rub the fish from all sides, put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours for marinating.
After this time, I pour vegetable oil into the pan (preferably olive oil) and heat it up to the maximum temperature (200 degrees). Next, I fry our piece of salmon, each side for 3 minutes. Then I put the fish on a baking dish, pour cream, put sliced lemons and greens on top. I put everything in an oven heated to 230 degrees.
After boiling the cream, we remove the fire and wait for 20 minutes.
All our steak is ready. Served on the table with a side dish, such as potatoes.
Bon appetit!
