Fish dishes are not only a decoration of any feast, but are also very useful for digestion and health in general, because they strengthen our immunity. I cut this recipe out of the newspaper because it attracted me with its simplicity and at the same time conviviality and sophistication. This delicious food can please anyone, even the most fastidious guests.
To prepare this dish, we will need pieces of walleye fillet without skin, salted and peppered. The mold for cooking zander needs to be slightly greased with butter. We put the fish fillet in the form. Next, peel the tomatoes from the skin and finely chop, as well as chop onions and parsley. Fish fillets in the form of pour dry white wine, fish broth or just water. Put onions, parsley and tomatoes in the same place. Cover the mold with foil on top and place it in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake for about 15 minutes, until the fillet is slightly brewed. While the fish is cooking, we are preparing the sauce for pouring. Melt the butter in a microwave oven (or on fire). Pour the vinegar into the egg yolks and beat them for 2-3 minutes. Continuing to beat the yolks, pour in the melted butter gradually, add sour cream to the mass and whisk for another 2-3 minutes until smooth. Then we take the chopping block out of the oven and put it out of the mold on a baking sheet. The sauce in which the fish fillet was cooked is drained and put on fire and simmer, stirring, until it thickens to a homogeneous sauce mass. Then we mix it with the mass prepared by us with whipped yolks. Mix and pour this mass of fish fillets on a baking sheet. Bake the fish in the oven at 180-200 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until the fish is nicely browned on top.
After the specified time, we take the fish out of the oven, cool it a little and cut it into portions.
Our food is ready!

Bon appetit!
